We may collect account details such as a name, email address, phone number, learning level and service activity. SMART Tutor may process questions, images or voice input submitted by the user to provide learning support.

Information is used to operate the service, personalise learning, manage subscriptions, provide support, improve reliability, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.

Children and learning accounts

We apply additional care to information relating to learners. Parents, guardians and authorised schools should supervise accounts used by children. We do not sell personal information.

Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the platform, or when required by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect stored information.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
