Delete your account
You may request deletion of your Snugtech SMART Tutor account and associated personal information at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email info@snugtech.org.bw using the address registered to your account.
- Use the subject SMART Tutor Account Deletion.
- Include your registered name and phone number so we can confirm ownership.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymise the account profile, learning activity, submitted questions and related personal information, except information we must retain for legal, financial, security or fraud-prevention purposes.
Processing time
We will acknowledge the request and normally complete deletion within 30 days. We may contact you to verify that the request came from the account owner or their parent or guardian.
