SnugTech Marketing Hub provides marketing, lead management, campaign reporting and WhatsApp customer communication tools. This policy explains how we handle information when a business uses our service.

Information we process

With explicit authorization, we may process business profile details, selected Facebook Page and ad-account information, campaign metrics, leads, and WhatsApp Business messaging events required to provide the service.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate users, provide requested marketing and messaging functions, display performance reports, maintain security and support customers. We do not sell personal or business data.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service, when legally required, or with the business's direction. Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery, security and legal obligations.

Security

We use HTTPS, Meta authorization, signed webhook validation and restricted administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Businesses may revoke Meta permissions, disconnect assets, or request access, correction or deletion of stored information.
