Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of information stored by SnugTech Marketing Hub:

1. Email info@snugtech.org.bw using the subject “Marketing Hub Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include your business name and the email used to connect the service. Do not send passwords, access tokens or one-time codes.
3. We will verify authority over the business account and confirm the request.

After verification, applicable stored data will be deleted or anonymized, except information that must be retained for security or legal obligations. You may separately revoke permissions from your Meta Business Integrations settings.
